Value Driver Planning

Value driver (or economic added value) represent the operating factors which are heavily influencing the future financial performance and the value position (balance sheet) of a company. These are the most important external, however also internal drivers, which in isolation or interdependend have a major impact on the company. These are presented often as value driver tree structures . Its very important for each company to have a thorough and deep knowledge and understanding of these value drivers, including its monitoring, which are driving the financial performance mid or long term, and lead into a scenario planning approach.
